    SC(B)14 Type Dry Power Transformer is an advanced power distribution equipment. It belongs to epoxy resin cast type Dry Type Transformer, has many excellent properties, and is widely used in modern power system.
     
    Structural features:
    1. Insulation and cooling
    - Epoxy resin vacuum casting technology. This technology makes the winding tightly wrapped by epoxy resin, which not only provides reliable electrical insulation, but also effectively prevents dust, moisture and other erosion of the winding. In the operation process, relying on air natural cooling (AN) or forced air cooling (AF), the heat dissipation effect is good, to ensure that the transformer can work stably within the allowed temperature rise range.
     
    2. Iron core
    - The iron core is usually made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked. Its design adopts a new energy-saving structure, such as stepped joints, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The surface of the silicon steel sheet is specially treated to further reduce eddy current losses and improve the overall efficiency of the transformer.
     
    3. Winding
    - The winding is mostly made of copper wire. Copper has good electrical conductivity and can effectively reduce resistance loss. The winding structure is compact, the insulation between turns is reliable, it can withstand the action of short circuit electric force, and it is not easy to deformation in long-term operation.
