Resin insulated dry-type transformers are advanced technologies introduced by our company from abroad. We have independently developed the SCB14 series dry-type transformers with filler insulation. Due to the coil being encapsulated with epoxy resin, they are difficult to ignite, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance free, pollution-free, small in size, and can be directly installed in the load center. At the same time, a scientifically reasonable design and pouring process make the product have smaller partial discharge, lower noise, strong heat dissipation ability, and can operate for a long time under forced air cooling conditions at 125% of the rated load. It is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, which has fault reporting, over temperature alarm, over temperature trip, and black box functions. It is connected to the computer through RS485 serial interface and can be centrally monitored and controlled.
