    amorphous alloy transformer is a transformer with amorphous alloy made of iron core. The metal atoms of amorphous alloy material are arranged in a disordered amorphous state, its demagnetization and magnetization process is easy to complete, and the loss of the core is lower than that of silicon steel material, so as to achieve high efficiency and energy saving effect. The eddy current loss of the transformer is proportional to the thickness of the core material, inversely proportional to the resistivity, and the hysteresis loss is proportional to the area of the hysteresis loop.
     
    The thickness of the amorphous alloy strip is small, and the resistivity is about 3 times that of the cold bonded silicon steel sheet, so the eddy current loss of the core made of amorphous alloy is much smaller than that of the core made of cold bonded silicon steel sheet. In addition, the coerciveness of amorphous alloy is much less than 4A/m, which is about 1/7 of the cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and the area of the hysteresis loop of non-product alloy is much smaller than that of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, so the hysteresis loss of non-product alloy is much smaller than that of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, and its core loss is very low, which is about 75% lower than the no-load loss of traditional silicon steel sheet iron core transformer. At present, it is a very ideal low-loss energy-saving transformer. Because of the low loss, the amorphous alloy transformer has less heat and low temperature rise, and the operation performance is very stable.
