Product Description

1. Insulation material and process

- SC(B)13 is cast with epoxy resin technology. Epoxy resin has excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance. This casting process makes the winding completely wrapped by epoxy resin, effectively prevent moisture, dust and other impurities into the winding, improve the insulation reliability of the transformer.

2. Core design

- Generally made of high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet. High-quality silicon steel sheets can reduce iron losses and improve the energy efficiency of transformers. The design of the iron core adopts a reasonable magnetic circuit structure, such as the rolled iron core or the stepped joint iron core, which reduces the flux leakage, reduces the noise level, and reduces the volume and weight of the transformer to a certain extent.

3. Coil winding

- The coil is wound with copper wire, and the number of turns and arrangement are carefully designed according to different voltage levels and capacity requirements. The part of the lead line is specially insulated to ensure safe operation under high voltage.
