Product Description

The transformer core uses imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which can effectively reduce hysteresis loss and eddy current loss, thereby greatly reducing the no-load loss and no-load current of the transformer. In addition, binding technology ensures a tight fit of the core, helping to further reduce noise due to vibration.

Oxygen free copper wire is used in high and low voltage windings, which can improve electrical conductivity and reduce resistance loss. For transformers with capacity of 500KVA and below, the low-voltage winding adopts the layer cylinder design; Products with a capacity of 630KVA and above may use a double helix or quadruple helix structure, which can better distribute the current density and reduce local overheating. High voltage winding generally adopts multi-layer cylinder structure to adapt to higher voltage levels.
